Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping with us! To keep things simple, please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for your future finds.
Policy Details:
- Exchange or Credit Only: Returns are processed exclusively as a direct exchange for another item or as a store credit note for the full purchase amount.
- Condition Requirement: All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
- The Process: Your exchange or credit note will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it matches its original condition.
- Timeframe: You must initiate your return within 3 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return:
- Contact our support team at theartfuldrape@gmail.com with your order number and picture of the product.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us.
- Once we’ve got it in our hands and it clears inspection, we’ll send over your credit note or ship out your exchange!
Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
